The 2024 Supreme International Convention will be held at the M-Hotel (formerly Millennium Hotel) in Buffalo, NY. The schedule is as follows:

 

• • Executive and Advisory Board meetings: Wednesday, July 17, 2024.

• • General Meeting: July 18 & 19, 2024.

• • Banquet: Friday, July 19, 2024.

• • Mass: Saturday, July 20, 2024.

Due to special circumstances post-pandemic, only Delegates, Presidents, and Commanders will be allowed into the meeting rooms for the General Meeting. This restriction applies for this convention ONLY. Others should not plan on attending as they will NOT be allowed to enter the meeting room.

Forms for registration and the banquet, along with information on registering at the M-Hotel, are included. Please note that online registration is NOT functional currently, so the hotel must be contacted using our group number to reserve a room.

The Buffalo Grand Commandery looks forward to welcoming our Brothers in Buffalo in July. Please be patient as we are hosting this event with very short notice and under extreme conditions.

Hotel Room Reservation

To reserve your accommodation, please contact the M-Hotel Buffalo directly. Rooms have been reserved for the convention. When making reservations, mention that you are with the Knights of St. John convention to receive the preferred room rate.

Rate Structure for 2024 Convention:

 

• • Single, Double, Triple, or Quad: $149.00 per night plus tax

For other arrangements such as larger rooms, additional guests, children, or suite rooms, please negotiate directly with the hotel as these will not be governed by the preferred rate. Special room requests require approval from the Convention Chairman, and the hotel will coordinate directly in such cases.

Reservations are automatically released at 6:00 PM unless payment is guaranteed or prepaid.

 

Transportation Options

A shuttle bus service is available from Buffalo Airport. To order the shuttle, contact the Hotel Desk at (716) 681-2400. Please note there is a minimum 20-minute wait time for the shuttle. Taxicabs are also available at the airport.
